SECOND WEEK @ SCHOOL

SECOND WEEK @ SCHOOL The second week went very busy. The higher secondary classes were arranged in two batches as per Govt Protocols which gave me an opportunity for taking repeated classes which could sharp my teaching abilities by understanding the mindset of my students and making them better each time. Although, in general the student responses were not as I expected but their active participation in the Group discussions conducted showed their interest towards the subject. The Lesson Plans could be covered effectively in this week. Effective utilization of Smart Classes could be achieved. I was able to make all the presentations such that my students could understand the concepts thoroughly. More interactions with the students helped in developing better understanding between me as a teacher and my students. Last but not the least, the support from the teachers side was appreciable which made up my confidence on the whole. Day 1 (19/06/2023) Today was National Reading Day and a special assembly had held at the school and various programmes where heduled for the students.Today I reached the school by 8.45 am as usual after signing the register the subject teacher allotted me the periods. Narration, general discussion, power point presentation, group discussion and illustration table is used to teach the lesson. Today students were more active, and they asked doubts also. I was very happy that all the students did the follow up activity given in each day. 

 Day 2 (20/06/2023) Today i reached the school on time and signing the attendance registe i went to my sitting place. Today we had no class because of Plus one admissio. teacher asked as to help the in admission process and that was new experience for me. then we spent the day with doing our record works. I left the school at 4.00 pm.

Day 3 ( 21/06/2023) TOday was International Yoga day and a special assembly was conducted at the achool. A special yoga class was provided to the students at the assembly by Smt. Geethu teacher.Today i had only one period and and i taught the topic "types of plan". materials used are activity cards , iilustration table , a chart showing types of plans etc. students were active during the class and i was able to handle them properly. Day 4 (22/06/2023) Today I reached the school by 8.45 am and signed the register. Then subject teacher allotted me the period. In the 8th period I used to take class on the topic " Types of plan; based on what to achieve". Brainstorming, general discussion, power point presentation, group discussion and graphic organizer was used while teaching. On the whole I felt better improvements in me as a teacher and at the same time getting out the best out of my students was a target for me. Day 5 (23/06/2023) Today I reached the school at 8.45 a.m .After signing the attendance register i go to my sitting place. Today the school has no class because of educational strike . and we spent the time completing our record works.
