INNOVATIVE WORK

Creativity may be defined as the ability or capacity of a person to discover and explore new ideas or areas to create a new process, including the rearrangement or reshaping of what already exists. It is the ability to evolve new approaches, forms and new materials. Teaching in innovative ways keep students engaged and excited. A change from routine classes would increase students interest and make them more creative, interactive and attentive. Thus, a n innovative idea in teaching is always necessary to keep the class active and productive. As a part of my B.Ed curriculum I opted an innovative work on the chapter Sources of business finance.
