FIRST WEEK @ SCHOOL, SCHOOL INTERNSHIP PHASE 2 The School Internship Phase II was started on 12/06/2023.Tthe school internship is an integral part of total B.Ed course. This programe aims at providing the opportunity for a direct learning experience for student-teachers on various roles of a teacher including teaching the subject. First day ( 12/06/2023) I reached the school by 8.45 am. since it was my first day at school, first I met Higher Secondary Principal Reena basheer teacher. She gave importance instructions regarding classes and timings of the school and directed to the staffroom, there I met subject teachers and collected time table. They allotted me the portions from business studies. In the afternoon session 7th period was allotted for me. I just made an interaction with the students and was able to know more about the school functioning.And i then gave students a game session called ' find the laeder'.I spent the entire period with the students through the game session.Today I spent more time to know the school atmosphere and I hope it would help in future class planning. Day 2 (13/06/2023) On 13th july 2023, I reached the school at 8.45 am. After a good conversation with the principal I went to my Setting place. 8th period was allotted for me till that period I was busy with my works and record writtings. After a good interaction with students and routine classroom practices, I introduced the topic concept of planning' by showing a mock plan sheet. Based on the mock plan sheel. I asked some questions and lead the students to a brain storming and general discussion Section. Student were actively participated In the discussion section. Then I developed the class by presenting power point slides through an intuaction section. After the development phase I divided the class into four groups' and provided Seperate activity sheets which contain situational tasks. Students completed the activity sheet within the time prescribed for them.The class was concluded with a graphic organizer. I left the school at 4.35 pm Day 3 ( 14/06/2023) On 14th july 2023, I reached the school at 8:45am. After signing the attendance register and a good interaction with the principac I went to my Sitting place.Sixth and Seventh period were allotted for me. on 6th period, I taught a lesson on Importance of planning. After a good interaction with the students and routine classroom practices, I introduced the topic through a video presentation students listened the video interestingly and responded very actively in the post general discussion section. Through the video presentation students got an idea about the significance of planning . The class was developed through a power point presentation. Then the lesson was concluded with help of a flash card. "A flash card is presented and asks the students to complete it by depicting the importance of planning. On 7th period, the class was on features of planning. 'After reviewing about importance of planning, I developed the class by presenting a chart depicting the features of planning. Inorder to evaluate the understanding, level of Student cached provide a group discussion. Students wege divided into four groups and provided seperate activity sheet which contains situacional lask. Students completed the activity cards within the time prescribed for them. The lesson is concluded with the help of a flip card. Students are asked to complele the flip card by depicting the importanle of planning. Today I left the school at 4.30 pm. Day 4 (15/06/2023) on the fourth day of the week i reachedthe school at 8.50 am and signed my attendance register. Today i took the portion 'Limitations of Planning! I introduced the topic through a narration of real life incident. The class was developed with power point presentation. Then a group discussion also provided.Then the teacher concluded the class by asking questions to selected students. class of today consisting of ppt, activity cards and discussion sessions. after all the duties i left the school at 4.40pm. Day 5 ( 16/06/2023) today i reched the school as normal and marked my initials at the attendance register. i got 8th period and dealt with the topic " Process of planning".class was introduced by an example and develope through PPTS, group discussion and illustration table. this day was also gone like a normal day and gave a lot of experiences that would be benefial for my teacher life. I LEFT THE SCHOOL BY 4.45 PM.
