𝕎𝔼𝔼𝕂 1 (09-11-2022 𝕋𝕠 15-11-2022)

          The first phase of our school internship program started on 2nd November 2022.Me and my collegue reched the school on time along with the permission and D/O order from the college. It was a well-kept school after meeyannoor junction in a quite environment. Principal Sree Suma teacher welcomed us very lovingly. All the teachers treated us with great love and kindness. We approached the concerned teacher and ask for certain portions to teach the students.I got opportunity to take business studies at C1 division and my collegue was allotted to C2 class.We had our siiting place near to the principal.. She placed us there with great love and concern.On the first day, wednesday, i got two periods. I enters the first class (plus one c1) with a little tension. But i was able to interact with the children very well. The 9th period was at plus one c2.There also i made time to interact with the kids and played some minor gam like 'find the leader'. On thursday both divisions had one period each.On 3rd period, in c1 class i introduced 8th chapter of business studies by illustrating an example. In 4th period i went to c2 and just reviewed the class took by my collegue. On friday i got only one period, and that period i checked the previous knowledge of the students and conducted a group activity session.

𝕎𝔼𝔼𝕂 2 (14-11-2022 𝕋𝕠 18-11-2022)

The second week is slightly better than the first week. In this week we were more adjusted with the school and its environment. As the second day of this week was a strike, all children are off at school. On the rest of the working days classes went on smoothly. Most of the classes were took with the help of AV aids. The students enthusiastically said that they understood the classes more better when they study with images, videos and power point presentation instead of the usual lecture method.The first day of this week ( 14 th) i had two periods. In the 4th period i taught the classification of source of fianace to the concerned class. And this class was took with the help of chart presentatio and  a group discussion section. I got substitution on 7th period in  plus two class. It was an opportunity to interact well with the students of plus two. There will be no class on 15th due to the strike. But the principal, a few teachers and we were there. It was a good day to interact with the teachers more better and to know what kind of things are happen in a principal's office and how carefully they have to be handled. Since there were no children we walked around the school premises. On 16th i got only one period and i took the class on classification of fund on ownership basis with power point presentation. On 17th i have alloted no periods but i was assigned some duties in the principal office just like a clerical work. On the last day i had one period and taught classification of fund generation basis and reviewed what we had learned from the beggining. Overall, it was a week of new experiences.

𝕎𝔼𝔼𝕂 3 (05-12-22 𝕋𝕆 10-12-2022)

As each week passes my teaching skills becomes more efficient and smooth. Every day feels like a fresh day and it improved my confidence far better. This week was as normal and classes was took with the help of Av aids which includes images, examples, videos, PPTs and so on.

On the  first day of the week ( 05-12-22) i had only one period and the class was on ' factoring'. On the second day ( 06-12-22) i allotted with two periods and the classes was based on socialised methods of teaching. The third day (07-12-22) was conducted with concept attaintment model and i am able to construct the concept correctly in students. Fourth day was gone as usual and the fifth day we had no classes due to educational strike and we werebusy with our recorde works at the college. Holyday due to efucational strike was compensated with a saturday class on 09-12-22  and i also had a period that i was dealt with the topic 'public drposits'.

𝕎𝔼𝔼𝕂 4 ( 12- 12-22 𝕋𝕆 13- 12-2022)

This week gave us a slight relief from the teavhing practice. We were in school only for two days. Our college authority called us back to college due to second semester examination. On the first day of the week (12-12-22) i had one period and that was on preference shares and its types. On the second day i had two periods which was based on images, group fiscussions and powet point presentations. We left the school after a good conversa7with the teachers and took permission for leaving the school about two weeks.

𝕎𝔼𝔼𝕂 5 ( 03-01-2023 𝕋𝕆 07-01-2023)

A new year is an year of good expectatios that is filled with lot of beliefs that only good things will happen.I reached the school with the expectations of good things and this year would be a game changer for my career also.

The first day that is on 3rd January 2023 i allotted with two periods. On the first period i made a revision on the topics that we were studied throughout the earlier classes and freshly introduced the topic ' merits and demerits of debentures'. Second period was on the topic ' international financing' and concluded the class through review questioning. On 04th January i had two periods and the classes was based on narration, power point presentation, review questioning and gr5discussions and this day was gone as a normal day.

On 5th january i had only one period and the class was based on inquiry training  model. Teacher felt a little difficulty to get proper questions from the students but managed class normally. On the fourth day that was on 6th january i allotted with two periods at c1 and c2 divisions and managed the classes nicely and made good conversation with the students.

On the fifth day i took a new chapter in c2 division that is ' Small business'. The class

was started with narration then moved to brain stormimg, general discssion, group discussion and review wuestioning. This week was also gave me certain new experiences that would be beneficial for my coming teacher life.

𝕎𝔼𝔼𝕂 6 ( 10-11-23 𝕋𝕆 13-01-23)

On the first day of this week ( 10th january ) i reached the school at 8.45 a.m and had a good conversation with the teachers. Me and my colleague helped the principal for some clerical works at the office and then busy with our record works. Fourt period was allotted for today and the class was started by checking the previous knowledge of students. On 11th january i allotted with fourth period and that was on 'Role of small businesses' in India.

On 12th january i had no periods but i got a substitution period at plus two classes. I dealt the class with a minor game called 'find the leader' studsnts were actively participated in the game and thay were interested too.

The last day of the week that is on 13th january i had only a substitution period on c2 class and i taught the students obout the government assistnce to small business in India.

This week and the experiences from this week would be an asset for my teaching career.

𝕎𝔼𝔼𝕂 7 ( 16-01-23 𝕋𝕆 20-01-23)

During the seventh week i realised that my communication skills, classroom management, behavioural management and time management skills were introduced a lot. This was happend only due to the super guidence from the teachers of SMHSS KOTTARA and the love they gave me.

On the first day of the week i got one period. On that period my optional teacher Sree Aploniya miss came and saw my class. She gave me a lot of suggestions regarding my classes that would helpful for my next classes.on 17th january my class was on 9th period, till the period we werebusy with our record works. And the class was on Market support to small business. On18th january i got only one period  and the classes was took with the help of Av aids. On 9th january my class was on' Institutional support to small business'.

The entire classes was held through properly made Audio Visual aids which consisting of video presentation, image presentation, Power point etc. Students also interested in learning through ICT.

𝕎𝔼𝔼𝕂 8 ( 23-01-23 𝕋𝕆 28-01-23)

This week felt so special beacuase we were near to the end of our teaching practice days. And this also made an effect on me like proper communication skill, good interaction skill, language fluency, good content knowledge etc.

On the first day of this week i was assigned two periods. On first period i introduced the topic scope and benefits of internqtional business through a narration and general discussion session. Topic was developed using power point presentation. On the second period i went with students in the ground and practiced them some yoga and pranayam with them. On 25 th january seventh period was allotted for me and handled the period through brain storming, general discussion and group discussion sessions. On  27 th january i have two periods. One period at c1 division. There i give a rivision class to the students, for an achievement test at the very next day. At c2 division a also gave rivision class on the chaptet small business and cleared the doubts of students.

On 28th january i reached the school at 8.45 a. M and after a good interaction with the teachers i prepared for conducting an chievement test. Seventh and eighth period was allotted for me. On the concerned period i conducted an achievement test. Students were appeared the exam nicely.

𝕎𝔼𝔼𝕂 9 ( 30-01-2023 𝕋𝕆 03-02-2024)

This is the last week our teaching practice. This week felt so special because of a great celebration wqs helt SMHSS Kottara through an annua5day celebration. This event helped me to bring back my school memories.

On the first day of this week, that is 30 january i allotted only one period. On the concerned period i distributed the answer sheets around o students scored above average marks and i am so happy with it. Then i provided them a remedial teaching on an area which felt difficult to the students. Remedial teaching is based in the topic types of shares. On 31 january i had only one period on that period i conducted a diagnostic test to the students on the topic types of shares. Most of the students answers were right. Then i made a good interaction with the students during the left over time.

On 1st february 2023 i reached the school around 8.45 a.m. I had no period today but allotted with special duty of screaning of students programme for annual day celebration.

On 2nd and 3rd february i reached the school earlier than normal days beacuase this day had annual day events. Chief guests from different parts of the society was come to the school for inaugural ceremony. Smt. Suma Abraham principal of Smhss Kottara gave the presidential address.

These days are unforgettable in my life and filled with a lot of good memories. SMHSS KOTTARA was the school that God has ordrained for me to make me a teacher in my life.
